I liked how this hotel was still connected to MGM Grand but a bit away from the busyness of the Vegas strip. The actual bed was comfortable but the pull out was uncomfortable. Awesome features: huge room and 2 bathrooms. We had a great time at the pools but there is a $50 fee per night for pool maintenance.
Great location right on the main strip. You don't have to go outside to go to the main MGM grand casino. Everything is easily walkable
If you are looking to stay off the Strip where it is full of casinos and smokers, this is an excellent place with comfortable, clean facilities and good views. When I return to Vegas I would love to stay there again. Everything is close by and the staff is very friendly.
We stayed here in June 2023. A great way to stay in Las Vegas on a budget, the MGM Signature Condos offer an excellent apartment-hotel concept. It’s ideal because it also lets you cook for yourself, which is a huge plus. Ideally located near the MGM Grand and the Strip, you can easily access all the excitement Las Vegas has to offer. The condos are very well equipped, with luxurious bathrooms and all the amenities you might need. Additionally, you can take advantage of the MGM's fantastic aquatic facilities. Overall, this is an excellent accommodation solution for anyone looking to enjoy Las Vegas comfortably and affordably.
